Who owns my Heirloom Capsules?
You do. Our company does not own any of the content you upload to the Heirloom Capsule system. It is yours, free and clear. To make sure you know what you can and cannot upload, please see our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
Is it free to Create an Account?
It is free to create an account and start creating heirloom capsules. We do offer additional paid tiers, based on how much storage you need. For most people, the free account is wonderful.
What if I want to Cancel?
We know that capsuling is not for everyone. It is very easy to cancel your membership at any time by logging in, going to your Settings and choose “Cancel”. You will have up until the remaining time on your current subscription to download any Heirlooms or content you have to ensure you can keep copies for yourself. Our memberships are client-friendly, and don’t require long-term commitments. Capsule with ease.
